A suit in contract was filed by Calo, Inc., an Illinois corporation, also known as Calo Bowl, Chicago National Bank, not individually, but as Trustee under Trust No. 13953, and Albert Sakolsky. The action was filed in the Municipal Court of Chicago. The defendants made a motion to strike plaintiffs’ third amended complaint and dismiss the proceedings.
