This case involves an employment discrimination action. The plaintiffs were all employees of defendant Reno Hilton Corporation during the time of the alleged discriminatory practices. 1 Defendants Michael Gior gilas and George Andrews were management employees employed by the Reno Hilton. 2 Reno Hilton and Hilton are separate and distinct legal entities. The Reno Hilton in its individual capacity was the plaintiffs’ employer.
