OPINION OF THE COURT BY

KEMP, J.

Section 4651, R. L. 1935, upon which this action is based, provides that “a husband * * * shall be bound to maintain, provide for and support his wife during marriage, in the same style and manner in which he supports himself; and shall be liable for all the debts contracted by his wife for necessaries for herself or family during marriage.” There are certain statutory exceptions to the foregoing which have no application to this case.
