About 6:30 on tbe morning of December 30, 1940, appellee was driving bis automobile east on Highway 6 approaching abridge, and Harry Hamman, driver of appellant’s truck, was approaching tbe bridge from tbe east on tbe highway. Tbe bridge was 20 feet wide and tbe pavement 18 feet wide. Tbe highway was straight and level for one-half mile west of tbe bridge and 1,000 feet east thereof. At the time of the accident it was dark and the pavement dry. The collision occurred from 75 to 110 feet east of the bridge. There is a conflict in the evidence.
