1Opinion of the CourtHamilton, J.
Primary highway No. 6 runs east and west through the little town of Ladora, Iowa. As you approach the town from the west, just at the edge of the residential district the highway makes what is termed in highway parlance an “S” curve. The collision occurred just as defendant’s truck was rounding the second curve of the “ S ”, as it proceeded eastward into the town. The plaintiff’s truck was proceeding westward out of Ladora.
