Plaintiffs in this putative class action are drivers who have provided delivery services for Defendants Exel Direct Inc., DPWN Holdings (USA), Inc. and Deutsche Post Be-teiligungen Holding GmbH (collectively “Exel”) in California. Plaintiffs assert wage and hour claims under California law based on the allegation that Exel has miselassified its drivers as independent contractors.
