Plaintiffs in this putative class action are distributors who delivered baked goods for Defendants Flower Foods, Inc., Flowers Baking Co. of California, Flowers Baking Co. of Modesto, and Flowers Bakeries Brands, Inc. (together, “Defendants” or “Flowers”).
