Appellant is a manufacturer of furniture. It sought to register as a trade-mark the name The Williamsburg Galleries. Its trade-mark was at first held to be registrable, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Patent Office, November 3, 1936. On December 1, 1936, an opposition was filed to the registration by Colonial Williamsburg, Inc.
