NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:

In connection with its closing of a manufacturing plant in Buckhannon, West Virgi nia, Moore Business Forms, Inc. offered employees who were to lose their jobs a severance and benefits package in exchange for releases of claims that they might have in connection with their employment or the plant’s closing.
