LARSON, Justice.

This appeal turns on a question of pleading. For several years defendants had been the owners of certain lands in Salt Lake County, including the N% of Lot 8, Block 22, Plat “A” Big Field Survey. In 1932 defendants sold part of said property to plaintiff, and executed and delivered a deed therefor. Several years later a dispute arose between the parties as to the exact location of the boundary line between their properties.
