This is an appeal by defendant from the judgment and from an order denying a new trial in an action for unlawful detainer, in which plaintiff was awarded possession of the premises in dispute and defendant was ordered to pay damages amounting to $1,351.36, plus costs, and permanently enjoined from removing or altering certain buildings and premises.
