I. INTRODUCTION

Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint Due to Improper Venue or, in the Alternative, to Transfer Venue to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. (Doc. No. 4). On August 21, 2009, Plaintiff commenced this action in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, alleging product liability claims against Defendant for injuries sustained while using a portable heater purchased from Defendant.
