Springer, J.:

Petitioners request a writ of prohibition, asserting that the district court has exceeded its jurisdiction by entering a discovery order against them which contravened the provisions of NRS 49.275. The writ will be granted, subject to instructions.

The discovery order was entered during the course of a libel suit brought by Milton Schwartz against the petitioners herein, Herman and Brian Greenspun and the Las Vegas Sun.
