In the complaint the plaintiff demands judgment setting aside a transfer of stock from Jessie Margaret Will, as administratrix of the estate of David Will, to Charles E. Ward, for specific performance of an alleged agreement giving the plaintiff the option to purchase said stock, for an accounting to the corporation £ ‘ for a just and proper proportion of the sale price on said sale- and assignment, and of the profits of the business of said defendant Charles E.
