By the order of Judge Parker, made at the Ulster Circuit and Special Term on the 28th day of April, 1893, it was adjudged that William H. Johnson, William E. Cassidy and William McM. Speer, were duly elected directors of the Argus Company at the meeting of stockholders held on the 14th day of April, 1893, and that James H. Manning, Frederick C. Manning and John A.
