MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment (“Def.’s Mot.”), the plaintiffs Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment (“PL’s Opp’n”), and Defendant’s Reply (“Def.’s Reply”) thereto. The basis for defendant’s motion is the assertion that the plaintiff failed to submit her claims contained in the complaint (“Compl.”) to the pre-designated arbitrator, pursuant to the arbitration clause in her employment agreement with the defendant.
