This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Cook county enjoining appellant from prosecuting a certain cause in the superior court of Cook county or any court, and from instituting or maintaining any proceedings, either in law or in equity, of a vexatious character against appellees affecting the real estate involved in the said bill filed in the superior court.
