On May 22, 1972, Delbert Hughey filed an application for adjustment of his claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) alleging disability resulting from an accidental injury on September 7, 1971, arising out of and in the course of his employment by Vernois, Inc., Division of Locke Stove Co.
