On March 23, 2017, Appellant Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company filed a seven-count complaint against two land surveyors: Appellees KCI Technologies, Inc. ("KCI") and Wiles Mensch Corporation ("WMC"). Appellant's complaint brings breach of contract and negligence claims against KCI and WMC in connection with four allegedly defective surveys that the two entities delivered to ICG 16th Street Associates ("ICG").
