SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Lynn Tjaden pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344. The district court 1 denied Tja-den’s request for an acceptance-of-responsibility reduction and sentenced him to 72 months’ imprisonment, an upward departure from the Guidelines sentencing range of 41 to 51 months. Tjaden argues that the district court erred by not granting his request for an acceptance-of-responsibility reduction and by departing upward. We affirm.
