SMITH, Circuit Judge.
James Hance was indicted on five counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1342. Hance moved the district court to dismiss the charges, contending that the indictment was flawed. The district court rejected Hance’s efforts to invalidate the indictment. After trial, the district court sentenced Hance to 51 months’ imprisonment. Hance appeals the district court’s denial of his motions to dismiss, one of the court’s evidentiary rulings, and three of six sentencing enhancements.
