CRITZ, Judge.
This is a disbarment proceeding which was instituted in the district court of Tarrant county, Tex., in the name of the state against S. F. Houtehens, a practicing attorney of such county. The proceeding was filed under the provisions of article 313 et seq., R. C. S. 1925. The complaint charges Houtehens with numerous acts of fraudulent and dishonorable conduct and malpractice. The complaint was signed by six prominent attorneys of the Tarrant county bar. The case was tried in the district court with a jury, and was submitted on special issues.
