Nicholas R. Hillman (hereinafter, “Defendant”) appeals the trial court’s judgment and sentence entered after a jury found him guilty of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, section 195.212, RSMo 2000,1 and attempted statutory sodomy in the second degree, section 566.064.
