Appellant Michael A. Tisius was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder, section 565.020. 1 He was sentenced to death for each murder. Because the death penalty was imposed, this Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction pursuant to Mo. Const, art. Y, sec. 3. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
