OPINION

ALARID, Judge.

Lena C de Baca (C de Baca) appeals an order of the District Court granting a deelaratory judgment in favor of Guaranty National Insurance Company (Guaranty). The order stated that Guaranty owed no duty to defend or indemnify C de Baca for an automobile accident that occurred on March 7, 1989, with Mario Serna, and that C de Baca was uninsured at the time of that accident.
