Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this court pursuant to Education Law § 6510 [5]) to review a determination of the Commissioner of Education, which, inter alia, suspended petitioner’s license to practice psychology in New York for three months.

Petitioner, a State-licensed psychologist, agreed to provide one of his patients, JEW, with 10 psychotherapy sessions.
