Defendant Andy Jardine appeals the denial of his motion to suppress and the sentence imposed by the district court following his subsequent conviction on two counts of being a felon and a person previously convicted of a crime of domestic violence in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and (g)(9). Jardine contends that the district court should have suppressed firearm evidence discovered during a search of his residence because the warrant authorizing the search was based on impermissibly stale information.
