In the proceedings before the Industrial Commission and the circuit court, as well as on this appeal, the plaintiffs herein contended that Powell M. Peterson was not entitled to compensation death benefits, as a dependent, on account of the injury and death of his father, Martin Peterson, while performing service as an employee of the Northern Hotel Company. There was no conflict in the evidence which was material on' that issue.
