The entire will of Allen M. Biles will be found in the reporter’s notes. The part we are here asked to construe is as follows: “I, Allen M. Biles......being desirous to settle my worldly affairs......do make this my last will and testament......I bequeath to my beloved Wife Caroline S. Biles the use and enjoyment during her life or widowhood my house and three (3) lots...... (Should) my wife Caroline S.
