Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered March 10, 1999, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of manslaughter in the first degree, murder in the second degree, burglary in the first degree (two counts), aggravated criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts).
