I. Overview of the Motions
Plaintiff RidgeView Partners, L.L.C. (“RidgeView”) brings a partial motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability and seeks to have the defendants’ defenses of good faith / qualified immunity and the need to exhaust state court remedies stricken.
