Appellees Chad and Jennifer Gaudette sued the City of Weston for personal injury damages claimed as the result of Chad’s single-vehicle motorcycle accident alleged to have occurred because of road conditions on a blacktop county road; one condition was described as a pothole measuring ten feet wide and five to six inches deep and extending the width of one traffic lane.
