delivered the opinion of the court..This is an action by plaintiffs to recover from the defendant $6,835.54 upon two causes of action for damage to shipments of lambs from points on its railway in Montana, to Chicago, Illinois.
The first cause of action alleges $1,240.30 damage to six cars of lambs shipped from Bozeman, in Gallatin county, on September 15, 1916. The second alleges $5,595.24 damages to three cars of lambs shipped from Deer Lodge, six cars from Gold.
