MEMORANDUM
DAVIS, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Aman C. Chika (“Chika”), an African-American male, instituted this employment discrimination lawsuit against his employer, defendant Planning Research Corporation (“PRC”), alleging race discrimination and unlawful retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e) et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
