Judith Nagy (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cam-bria County dismissing her petition to vacate a discontinuance on the basis that the statute of limitations expired before the action was commenced and consequently Appellant’s petition to vacate the discontinuance was moot.
