Plaintiffs sought an injunction against a city special assessment levied against abutting properties connected with the widening of Burton street in the city of Grand Rapids. The complaint alleges that no special benefits were conferred. The trial court found for the defendants. Plaintiffs claim that the trial court erred in concluding that defendants’ experts demonstrated a factual basis for their conclusions which were determinative of the issues before the court.
