This appeal and cross-appeal present important questions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C., § 201 et seq. 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. 1
Plaintiff brought an action for overtime compensation under § 216(b), 29 U.S.C., 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b). It is conceded that he and the other employees involved have worked more hours than those specified in the Act and have not received statutory overtime compensation.
