The defendants have prosecuted this appeal from an order of the lower court transferring venue of the present action from Dorchester County to, Berkeley County.
The action was instituted by the plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas for Dorchester County against the defendant Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and its agent, the defendant Hall, upon a complaint which alleged two causes of action — one for the recovery of an amount allegedly due under a policy of insurance issued to the plaintiff by the defendant Company and the other for damages against the Company and Hall for…
