This suit was originally begun in the Atlantic circuit court, but upon, the jurisdiction of tire circuit court being questioned, the cause was transferred to the court of chancery, pursuant to chapter 233 of P. L. 1912 p. 417, and was treated in that court, without objection, as a bill by an executor against the executor *225of the deceased co-executor for an accounting touching liability of the deceased co-executor to decedent’s estate at his death.
