Norfolk Southern Railway Company obtained this writ of error to a judgment on. a verdict for $5,000, returned against it in an action to recover damages for the wrongful death pf Henry Wood, an infant.

*33Assignments of error numbered r, 2 and 3 are based on the contention that the evidence was insufficient to support a verdict for plaintiff.
