SAUNDERS, Judge.
| herein, we address whether the Calca-sieu Parish court abused its discretion in sustaining an exception of lis pendens in favor of the Appellees, Gregory Logan and William Logan. For the following reasons, we find that it did not and affirm the trial court’s ruling.
