|, This is a suit for breach of contract and violation of two federal statutes — the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq. (the “FCRA”), and the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq. (the “FDCPA”) (the “CDC Suit”). The CDC Suit was commenced by Sonya Parker, a pro-se plaintiff, against Tulane-Loyola Federal Credit Union (the “Credit Union”). In response, the Credit Union filed a declinatory .exception of lis pendens. In support of its exception, the Credit Union contended that the CDC Suit involved the same loan repayment matters…
