[Affirming.
On September 21,1906, the Michigan Mutual Life Insurance Companyissued to Joseph Huffaker of Louisville, a policy insuring his life in the sum of $10,000, in consideration of the payment of an annual premium of $683.10. The policy was in the usual form, the beneficiaries being his wife, Lily Huffaker, provided she survived him and in case she did not survive him, their three children.
