In this declaratory judgment action, plaintiff Hartford Fire Insurance Company (“Hartford”) seeks, among other things, to void or deny coverage by a marine insurance policy (the “Hartford Policy”) that Hartford issued to defendant Joseph Mitlof d/b/a/ Hudson Valley Waterways (“Mitlof’).
