In this declaratory judgment action, plaintiff Hartford Fire Insurance Company (“Hartford”) seeks, among other things, to void a marine insurance policy (the “Hartford Policy”) that Hartford issued to defendant Joseph Mitlof d/b/a/ Hudson Valley Waterways (“Mitlof’). Defendants the Village of Nyaek and the Nyack Parking Authority (collectively, the “Nyack Defendants”) are named as additional insureds under the Hartford Policy.
