This case came before the Court for hearing on January 28, 2005 to consider the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment based on 11 U.S.C. § 727 and pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7056. Syngenta Seeds, Inc. (“Syngenta”) objects to the discharge of debt sought by Nicholas W. Eigsti (“Debtor”) under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.
