THIS CASE came before the Court for a final evidentiary hearing to consider the Complaint Objecting to the Debtor’s Discharge filed by the Plaintiff, Petland, Inc.

In the Complaint, the Plaintiff asserts that the discharge of the Debtor, Josh S. Unger, should be denied pursuant to § 727(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, because the Debtor “knowingly and fraudulently took a false oath in this case” by omitting certain valuable assets from his bankruptcy schedules, and also by undervaluing and mischaracterizing…
