This Proceeding is before the Court on the Complaint Objecting to Discharge and/or to Except Debt from Discharge filed by Shapell’s Inc. (“Plaintiff’) on September 30, 1999. Defendant, Brian 6. Perry (“Debtor”) filed an answer on November 2, 1999. The Court conducted a trial on March 28-29, 2000.
