MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, District Judge:
This is a civil action for willful copyright infringement. Plaintiffs are the producers, manufacturers, and distributors of some thirty-five copyrighted sound recordings which they claim have been infringed by the defendants. 1 The corporate defendants are Creative Disc, Inc. (“Creative”), which manufactured and packaged phonograph records, and Dynasty Graphics, Inc.
