In this consolidated mandamus proceeding and interlocutory appeal, relator MacGregor (FIN) Oy has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court’s order denying its motion to abate the suit brought against it by Kellogg, Brown & Root, Inc. (KBR) or, in the alternative, to compel KBR to join the arbitration currently in progress between MacGregor and Gulf Coast Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Unidynamics.
